RTO India — didn't receive my dl

I have given all required test for dl (2 wheeler + 4 wheeler). My application no. Is[protected]. When i track my dl status from website (https://parivahan.gov.in). its shows
Issue of driving licence fill application details dl completed [protected]
Issue of driving licence dl slot book completed [protected]
Issue of driving licence fee payment completed [protected]

But dispatch is still pending
Issue of driving licence dispatch of the dl and psv badge arto
Please resolve my issue.
