[Resolved]  Rto India — dispatch of my dl is pending from near 7 months

Vijay nagar near pnb branch of gaus ganj gangi road ara, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, 802301

My name is vishal kumar sah. I completed my payment for DL on[protected] but yet my DL is not dispatch by RTO.
RTO approve my DL on[protected] but it is pending to print on smartcard(Form7) on counter no.4 and Dispatch of DL and PSV batch is pending as shown on status.

My reference licence number is BR03 /0006514/2018.
Please Dispatch my DL as soon as possible.
