I have applied driving license through online, drive test successfully completed at kathuri nagar rto office bangalore (Ka 03) on august 3rd 2019, so far 40 days completed but still application status shown as below

Application is under processing at rto level.
Application processing stage - scrutiny - (Document verification)

Still issue was not resolved . so far 70 days completed but I have not received the DL smart card, actually which suppose to be receive within 15 to 20 days.

Still not yet dispatched though the DL smart card was ready, please refer the screenshot for the same.

Also please help me out for the same

Sir,
I am trying to book my slot for learner's licence test for a long time but whenever i try to book it shows next 60 days slot not available even when i check regularly. Please help me as my booking date is delaying.
According to new MV Act, it is very necessary, so please resolve this issue.
