RTO India — DL apply issues

This is to inform you that my Learnig licence was expired last month in june and I am trying since last more than 25 days do apply for Dl but there are no slot available also they are not accepting any payment and customer care are not responding as I hv tried many times but no one is responding.. I have been charged so many times for this at traffic checking but will not bear any charges as I am not responsible for that..i cant leave my job and i am having learning licence but date expired last month and not able to receiv any proper support from RTO office I have also mail to RTO team but they asked for my DOB and appontment no which i have shared on mail but not getting any proper solution
