I have passed my driving test for car and bike on 17th march 2020. However till now have not got the approval of my driving licence My pass result is showing in portal when searched by my application number I tried emailing them but received response to contact concern rto. Jul 9, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved i went to the rto to check the status anf came to know that my application was not even processed for approval as well. I ahve to find my application take it yo arto for approval, waited for 4 hours without any reason as arto officer was just not ready to meet. After that he tool my application and approved it. RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 24, 2020 Updated by sirsharohankar No response yet from RTO, its still in pending for approval. please help
