RTO India — DL Backlog Entry Not Approved

I have a Punjab Driving Licence, issued from Nawanshahr(PB 32). The driving Licence was issued on[protected], and it is about to expire on 28th January 2021. I was trying to renew the DL but due to the non-availability of records, I had to apply for Backlog Entry. On December 10th, 2020, I visited the Regional Transport office Nawanshahr and submitted my application, the application number is [protected]. It's been a month since the application has been submitted still it has not been approved.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and get it resolved at the earliest.
