RTO India — dl smart has not been received

I have passed two-wheeler and four wheeler driving test on[protected]. My driving license number also generated but i have not yet received my smart card.
My application number is :*

My smart card also printed but i still didn't receive my smart card. My dl number is - ka03 *
Here are the status shows on sarathi website:

Issue of driving licence dispatch of the dl and psv badge arto-1

Can you please push this request to the concerned department.
