RTO India — dl status stuck in printing phase

Hello sir/madam,

I gave my dl test on 23 feb 2019 at rto kasturi nagar, bangalore. The dl got approved on 15 march 2019. But since then, it is stuck at "printing of dl in form 7". Now my learner's license is also going to expire soon. Why is it taking so late. Is 2 months not enough to provide some one dl? Very disappointed with the system here.

Please look into my issue.

I applied for my driving license address change at RTO Rajajinagar Bangalore West. KA-02.

My application number is[protected] and the status is showing pending "Approval of Endorsements on DL" at RTOAUTH1 since 2 weeks. I tried calling them but nobody picks up phone. Very poor experience. Please expedite
