RTO India — DL test passed but DL still not approved

I have passed dl test on 16th OCTOBER 2021. But my dl is still not approved. Why it take so much time. There is even no contact number to dial for RTO KANPUR. There is one number at rto website but it doesn't work. It takes nearly 2 months approval or more. Is it right?. My application number is [protected] . Please update phone number of RTO KANPUR on website. Do regarding this topic as soon as possible.
