RTO India — Driving Licence application delay issue

I have applied for a Driving license and after having the Learner's Licence, I have appeared for the final test on 11-Apr-2022 at L.A. BARRACKPORE (WB23) in the category for MCWG.
My application number for the same is [protected].

However, it is still pending from their end till date (04-May-2022) even if it is showing that I have passed the exam.

It is my earnest request to kindly speed up the process.
