RTO India — Driving Licence application pending from more than 2 months

I applied for Learner's licence on 15.02.25 through official website. I passed the required online test for learner's licence and completed online ekyc process using aadhaar authentication. I also paid required fees online. I checked the application status many times and every time it shows, "APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY IS PENDING". My application number is[protected]. Today is 21.04.25 and more than two months have passed. I request you to approve my learner's licence so that I can apply for driving licence.
