RTO India — Driving licence dispatched number not available

Astavinayak colony , tapkir chowk,kalewadi , Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune

I passed out my Driving licence test on 19/10/2021 and now it is 12/01/2022 but I did not get my Driving licence, RTO office told me that they are not available to track licence, so they told me to apply for duplicate licence and this time the issue is tracking ID is not available
