Rto India — driving licence is still in pending process from last 2 months

I have applied for driving licence with application number[protected] and DOB[protected].
And still i have not get my permanent licence from last 2 months i waited for it but i am not able to get it.

When i checked for online application status but it show process is still in pending..
So i request to get look into it and make it possible to deliver to my address as soon as possible.
