RTO India — driving licence not dispatched

I have got the tracking number (JA[protected]IN) of my dispatched driving license(BR[protected] on 2nd Jan 21.

Till today whenever I am tracking my post, it's showing 'consignment details not found'.
That means RTO has not yet dispatched it through post office.

Please let the card delivered to me as soon as possible.

My driving license smart print has been done. And next process of dispatching of driving license is stuck. So please send and give me tracking number of speed post. Please do take action and dispatch the licence with immediate effect.

My driving licence is not yet come..
I pass my test 1month and 20days ago...till I not get license online yet...what should I do now?
