RTO India — Driving Licence Status Pending From Many Days

Dear Sir/Madam, I have completed my driving licence final test on 24/02/2020 at Alipore Rto Kolkata WB20 but till now it's showing record test result is pending not moving any further. Please help me. It's almost 13 days now. My application number is[protected]
