RTO India — Driving license has not been delivered after dispatched 15 days ago

My Driving license status is showing "Dispatched" on 27th May 2022 and it has not been delivered yet. It is showing tracking no. "JA[protected]IN".
I have tracked the on speed post and it is not showing any consignment with such no. Can someone please look into this ?
