RTO India — Driving license not received even after 50 days from, dl test - kr puram rto bangalore

I had applied for driving license at kr puram rto and completed my dl test on 18-may-2015 which i passed.
I check the status and it says pending at "dispatch of the dl and psv badge".
It has been more than 50 days and the status has not changed from many days.
