Rto India — Driving license printing pending since a long time

Respected sir,
my driving license has been approved on 20.9.23 .but still DL printing in form 7 is due at the rto level since a long time.though i have complained earlier but i got no resolution till today. kindly help me with the pending work done asap..please pay attention to my request.i have attached screenshots of my application details for your reference.
