I have raised the Request for DL renewal and have submitted all the Documents and fees. but Still the Site Show the Status as SCRUTINY ( Verification of Proof Documents ) while in all this Process my Driving License has expired

HI Team, I haven't Received my Driving License Yet. on Website the status is still the same "Scrutiny of the Documents in Progress" Sanjeev Counter.
