RTO India — Driving License Renewal - Delay in receipt of DL card

Address:Kasturi Nagar, RTO office

Applied for DL on 16 July 2022, 6 weeks before license expiry online through contactless mode and made the payment and uploaded all documents. Since then had to make 3 viits to the RTO office to follow up and was told about technical issue. The status is still showing as " PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ". The applications are processed through Agents in 1 month with physical DL card provided.

No complaints are being addressed.
