RTO India — driving license replacement

I have applied for replacement of driving license on 22nd october, 2019 at rto aurangabad, bihar. I was informed that you get the replacement at your specified address withing 15-20 days. It's already been 45 days and i have not received my license. When i check the status online, it's showing printing of dl on form 7 and this is on the same status from 04th of november.
