RTO India — Driving license smart card not received since more than two months

Address:RTO office Gorakhpur, Chargawan

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had applied for Address and name correction in my driving License at Gorakhpur Chargawan RTO office on 7th March which later got dispatch via India port for delivery at address I mentioned in application. When I check with my Speed post tracking Id, it shows my DL is available at Lucknow GPO since 29th April 2022.
I am not able to understand why my DL smart card was not dispatched at my address till now as it has become more than 2 months. Can you please help me in this matter. Please find below all details.
