RTO India — driving license status is stuck at dispatch since 2 months

Hi sir.
I have completed my driving test on 12th april 2019 in bangalore electronic city test center. I passed the tests and the driving license is printed on 08 may 2019. But i have not received the driving license yet and the status is stuck at dispatch since 2 month. Could you please help.
