Rto India — Driving license status shown as dispatched but I did not receive anything

My driving license status online shown as dispatched but I did not receive anything.

License applied in RTO Ibrahimpatnam, Hyderabad

I tried with EMS number, but it shown as no record found.

Please check and do the needful.
