I am citizen of the country, i am apply to driving licence without appoint any agent. That's why whenever i give test officer gives failed remark due to not giving bribe to him.
I request to you please change the system of this type bribe taken system.
Think about it sir who has money they are able to give money for passing remark from authorities but who has no money to give bribe what they will do.
And who people has no money they will face lots of problem.
Please do something for this people.

Applied for learner license successfully but when i reach, s the RTO office mall road they said your address is not in our territory so you go to north west zone RTO office. when i reach north west zone RTO office the said we wont accept this form u have to fill form again.

where i can find my refunds
