All of the procedure from filling application to slot booking (Appointment) has been done, but when fee payment is done, i am getting the message as, "payment is pending... Please wait for 30mins for the confirmation from the bank or please contact rto office".
My appointment date is on 26/09/19 and i am unable to pay my fee as site not allowing me to pay.
Plz. Help.
