RTO India — goods not received from last 4 days after submitting full payment

I have booked my house hold items from delhi to lucknow via international home packers and movers on 24th of november 2019 bill no. 274 :
Today is 27th of november nobody is responding either via calls or via any other medium not received my goods,
I required to receive these items worth rs more then 3 lakh on today or tomorrow without fails
Its usually take only 12 hours via road please look into the concern & shootout this issue with immediate effect

I have taken appointment of learners license on[protected] at iti bodakdev Ahmedabad And paid the full payment for license Application no-[protected]
and any one is not giving proper answer bodakdev iti is statiing that you have go vastral rto i want my payment refund please kindly help
