My old vehicle hsrp number plate are broken in accident...i apply for new hsrp number plate, but the hsrp portal not working in last 20 days...i cant do appoinment for hsrp vehicle my self or agent also...one time i paid challan 500 rs...police was not understand the situation...i cant drive my car on road...hsrp portal contact number was switch off...so plz action...rto rajkot and hsrp number plate
