RTO India — I am complaining about driving license delay from rto.

I have passed my dl test on 16/11/2021 from MH48 virar chandansar Rto and till now my status is showing pending and didn't even get receipt for dl test which I passed.

Whenever I visit rto for any information they harass me and pass from one counter to another.

Please take some strict action 🙏.
