Rto India — I am complaining about parivahan

Parivahan details is having lot of errors. There should be a technical teams to resolve these kind of issues through chat/call. Instead of resolving technical issues they are asking users to goto rto. For technical issue why should a vehicle owner waste his time. My vehicle is showing two rto in parivahan website.
Any clients using this api will get error. Mpariwar getting error, pollution software getting error. There cannot be two rto for a vehicle nonsense.
