RTO India — I have not received rc book

Address:D-61/1, Ila Society, India Colony, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad.

I purchased TVS Jupiter GJ 01 UP 0229 on 21/03/2019 but till date i have not received rc book. So kindly look in this matter and solve my problem.
