RTO India — I passed out Driving licence test but licence does not approved yet

I am shailendr I have to complain about DL approval. I given DL test on[protected] and got passed out which is shown in the application status. But DL approval is still pending and there is no message or mail from RTO Office about I have also mail the RTO and asked about it but they didn't respond. I had also received a message about rescheduled DL slot test so I communicated the RTO office through mail they said it is sent by mistake and You can ignore it as you passed out the exam. I also phone called the RTO they said the same thing.
Now I have contacted RTO office two times through mail asking about why my DL approval is still PENDING though the DL test result has passed out but they didn't responded it's around 25 days to passing the test there is no message and there is not even recipt given. As DL test result is pass but why the DL approval is still pending. [protected] is my application number and date of birth is 08 August 2000. This application is from DY RTO Nagpur (East) MH49.
Please solve it as soon as possible.
