First of all government authorities who are there at rto office kasturi nagar bangalore are very unpleasant. They dont know how to talk to people. Every time i go for my learning licence they ask for a new document. I have visited this rto office almost 4 times and yet not to get my documents verified. There is no proper specifications about the documents that we need to produce at the time of verification. They ask for residential address proofs. As adhar card is universally accepted for address proof they still ask for local id proof. Whats the point of making the adhar card if it is not acceptable anywhere. Does outsiders doesn't have right to live in different state. So much of frustration. Thats why people go for brokers to get their driving licence done or use bribes to avoid these headaches.
