RTO India — insurance not getting update on parivahan site

Sir all detail mail to [protected]@gov.in with payment detail and insurance copy, but still not updated in site, i am not able to transfer my vehicle,
i request to pls update in vahan system so that i can transfer my vehicle,

i am suffering last 15 days for this no body giving correct answer,
insurance company say it government site he cant help,

i have mailed 3 times to help deak
