I am namrata kumari, ll no. Ka51 /0040355/2019/ll, application number [protected]. Today i reached your test drive office by 11.30, i followed all rules and regulation carried all required documents. Your superitendent checked my documents and asked me to wait for photo. Around 2.15pm my turn came. Operator sitting their after checking my all paper asked for time booking slot paper. I showed him soft copy which was in my mobile but he said he wants hard copy only and i should present to him by 2.30pm. I said i will try my best. Out side office i was seating and waiting for hard copy which my son supposes to bring for me. Around 2.45 operator came to me asked for out of pocket money. I said how can you ask anyone such thing? And i denied clear cut. My son came with hardcopy when i submitted to operator him he said no you are having ll for with gear vehicle and vehicle documents which you are producing for dl test is without gear vehicle so we can't process. While discussion operators behaviour was totally unfair. He is not at all trained to deal with general public and a women. Another complaint is about superitendent who checked my paper by 11.30am why he not informed that i should bring with gear vehicle. Am school teacher, i took leave for this purpose but my work not done due to mismanagement at your place. I request you to tech your team in electronic city test drive office for good behavior and set a transparent procedure in office. Also i have complain about provisional appointment for driving skill test receipt.. Address of test drive place is mentioned as rto, electronic city but actual test place is 14kms from rto, office because of this 13th jan i booked my slot but reached wrong office. I lost my two leave totally. Please put the things in place so that new general public should not feal harsh. Was this information helpful? |
