Rto India — Issue of duplicate driving licence

I have submitted a application for duplicate driving licence on[protected] in haldwani (Uttarakhand) rto and my application no. is [protected].
I have completed all applications related steps online via Sarathi web page.
It is about two years my application status is showing under processing in RTO level.
