[Resolved]  RTO India — Issuing of driving license stuck at "Allotment Information Unavailable"

I have applied for permanent driving license and passed my driving test on[protected]. But still my hard copy of driving license had not been printed. From a month it is on the status Allotment Information Unavailable.
