[Resolved]  RTO India — kr puram rto ka-53 is not processing application

Address: Bangalore, Karnataka, 560087

I have submitted the application number [protected] and [protected] to change my dl address in kr puram rto even if as per 'sarathi. Parivahan.gov.in' all documents are already submitted and i need to go to rto only for biometrics (Status ='capture biometrics of applicant) is pending. However, in kr puram rto deputy commissioner is demanding for an additional noc for change in address from my previous rto. When i went to my previous rto they told noc for an address change is no more in use and they can't provide any such document.
My complaint is why kr puram rto deputy commissioner is not following rules/policy set by 'sarathi. Parivahan.gov.in'?
