RTO India — Learner License Application stuck at "APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY" stage

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Learner's License application ([protected]) is stuck at "APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY" stage since 26 July 2024.

I have completed all the necessary online process for my application. Please review my application as soon as possible, so I can start my driving learning journey.
