I have applied for Learners license, I completed all required steps but still it shows that "APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY" pending its been more then 3 months after have gone through scrutiny

Updated by navy90 still No further inquiry has done. How many years it would take to complete this RTO india??? totaly exhausted.
