RTO India — Learner License Approval Pending From RTO Thane

Hello,

My name is Ahmed Seth. I applied for Learner License from Maharashtra, Thane RTO (MH04). It's been like 12 days now my learner license is pending for approval. I passed the test with 14/15 and still waiting for approval. I also raised grievance 4-5 days ago but there is no response on it.

I visited RTO office today. The officer over there said, appearing LL online from home is not accepted, we need to appear from RTO office. My question is, if the online test is contactless and visiting RTO is not required. Why it is mandate to appear the test from RTO office?

Please help me to get this approved. Attached is the Application number.
