Dear sir
I had submitted all documentation online for the learner's licence. The online payment was done as well. But during the process a message about failure due to external issues was shown, the entire site refreshed and all information was lost.
My bank account shows that rs. 201 have been deducted and paid to parivahan transport. But so far, no money since the payment has been reverted back.
I tried calling rtp offices with all the numbers present online and none of them are answering.
What should i do regarding this problem? I want my money back.
I have the registration number, bank details and forms.
