RTO India — learning license test clear but license not yet issued

Address: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Dear sir/madam,

My wife (Sonal sachdeva) had given learning license test for four wheeler on [protected] at rto ghaziabad up14 (Uttar pradesh)

However it has been more than 10 days but we have not yet received the learning license.
Her application no. Is [protected]

When i check the application status on parivahan site it says

Application is under processing at rto level
Transaction name application processing stage counter
Issue of learners licence recording ll test results 7
Further action (S) to be completed
Action name status
Approval of ll by licencing authority pending
Printing of learning licence pending

I request you to please do the needful.
