RTO India — Learning License- This Client is Not registered with RTO

My registered date for Learning License test is for 21st Aug 2021. However I have recieved the message on 18th Aug 2021 that my learning license test will conduct before 18th Aug 2021. I am trying to give my online learning license test after receiving link from RTO, but as I click on the link, it says "client is not registered with RTO". I have seen tutorial videos and read all the mock test but still not allowing me and giving error that "client is not registered with RTO". Please help me on this.
