[Resolved] RTO India — licence stuck at printing stage

I passed lmv and mcwg test on 2/3/2019. It has been more then two weeks but I still haven't got my driving licence. There has been no kind of communication from RTO about the status. I have to travel in a short time so I was relying on my driving licence so I can drive the vehicle at my convince. Now I have to leave in two days but I still don't have my licence

I passed my test 2 months ago and i still haven't got my license. I dont know what to do please guide me where i can complain or check my status...
