Rto India — License has been dispatched but not yet received.

Address:Chakkalayil House, Behind House Of Providence, Chittoor Road,Kacheripady, Cochin -682018

My test date was on September 3rd 2021.I passed the test and my license was dispatched on 7th September as shown in the parivahan sarathi website.Its been ten days since the dispatchel and my license has not yet recieved.Hoping a solution wll be found for this to get my license as soon as possible.
