Rto India — license renewal application pending

Hi,
I have applied for my license renewal application on 20th nov 2019 through online portal.
Requered documents were uploaded.
I am continuously following up with my respective rto on mail, but no luck.
My existing license is going to expire on 15th dec 2019.

Status is showing pending for approval.

I was continuously following up on email address [protected]@gujarat.gov.in but no once is responding.
