RTO India — (license renewal)not getting solution from rto vadodara and from sarthi website

Respected sir,

Please help me for following matter.

My Driving license no: GJ06 [protected] and it is expired in FEBRUARY 2020.

1) Very first after so many attempts and many times RTO Vadodara visit, I was able to do DATA BACKLOG ENTRY on Sarthi. (Once my online application was rejected without any reason by RTO Vadodara so I have to apply again for the same. After so much efforts and visit of RTO, My DATA BACKLOG ENTRY was happen successfully.(You can check record or I can produce all details)

2) After DATA BACKLOG ENTRY, I was advised to do application for RE-VALIDATION OF EXPIRED DL and CHANGE ADDRESS (Because not able to renew due to COVID Lockdown) So I apply with all details as per APPLICATION NO [protected]. I applied for change address as well as for renewal of license.

3) As per application I tried to do slot booking for RE-TEST but failed to do so and getting error "
" DL: Transaction SlotBooking not required, if requested transactions included DL Slot Booking/Service not Enabled by RTO"
So I am not able to do slot booking for driving test.

4) I meet to RTO officials on 26.06.21 but they not resolved my issue and advised me to do application for Learner License. ( I have already LMV license no: GJ06 [protected])

5) I requested to all concern officials at RTO Vadodara, but not responded well and told me that this is SOFTWARE ISSUE, we cant do anything.

6) I wanted to meet RTO Head but I was not allowed to meet him.

7) I already paid 1350/- rs for the application process

I have so bad experience at each and every time at RTO Vadodara

Please help me to solve my problem, I can talk also regarding this matter
