RTO India — LL Edit Entry pending for 2 months

I applied for LL with the new contactless verification launched in Maharashtra(the data is directly taken from Aadhaar). Guardian's name which is CORRECT IN THE AADHAAR was taken wrongly (incomplete- just last 2 letters of the name were taken) and I was not allowed to edit it in the online application.
I visited RTO Pune, I was told we cannot do anything, fill the LL Edit form online. I did the same in August. It is still pending, the status of the application -
"processing at RTO level at counter SCLERKCNS1 MH12".

The name is incomplete because of error in the RTO system, but 3 months (since application for LL and I am still waiting with no proper Learning license.
