I had applied for my LL and the payment has been made but when I approached the rto they denied making the LL and asked to apply for a fresh application And ask me to cancel the current application. even though the sarathi website shows everything is in order and only scrutiny is pending
I called the sarathi support number and they told me as the payment is already made I need to check with the rto again for the details, the rto officer told me I need to cancel the application and the refund will be processed
Application no: [protected] Later the sarathi mail support told me that the application needs to be verified in rto, I explained the issue again, then as I was asking about the refund process they cancelled my application and send a mail saying the application is cancelled and refund will not be provided.
1. Proper information was not provided
2. They accepted they payment for services to be provided
3. The rto denied providing the service saying new application needs to be submitted even though sarathi website shows all documents are in order
4. Sarathi support sent mail the application was cancelled without me cancelling the application
5. Not providing refund
I sent mail to public relations officer of the rto and state transport depart from past 2 weeks but no reply was received from them. Even called all the numbers mentioned on the transport website but no response to calls or emails.
I even filed a complaint on National Consumer Helpline docket: 1588680, 1601789, 1601812 but they denied taking it further and disposed the complaints and asked to contact the rto
Even after visiting the rto 5-6 times in last 2 weeks they did not provide any resolution or details they just tell to cancel the application and say nothing about the refund or the procedure Was this information helpful? |
